3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes (GST/QST). Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown during checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount.

4. Production and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference only. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, supply shortages, weather, or technical issues).

5. Product Specifications and Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all files and specifications submitted are accurate and suitable for printing. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in uploaded files. You represent that you have the rights to use all content provided to us.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of print products, refunds are generally not available once production has begun. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation approval and any refund are at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website remains our property unless otherwise stated. Your purchase grants you the right to use the delivered printed materials for lawful and intended purposes only.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We provide products “as is” and make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, quality, or reliability of products or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
