Pickup hours:
Mon–Thu 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fri 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

For some products, such as business cares, we provide a powerful online design studio that allows you to create your artwork directly on our website — no special software required.

You can:
• Choose from professionally designed templates
• Customize text, colours, and images
• Preview your design before placing your order

If you already have a print-ready file, you may upload it during checkout.

While we do not offer full graphic design services, file adjustments to prepare your file for print can be managed by our staff. (for fee)

We recommend a print-ready PDF.  If there is artwork to the edge, we require 1/8" bleed.  We recommend a safe zone of 1/8" from edge of page for essential information.
JPG and PNG files are also accepted.

Yes, for select items such as business cards, copies, and architectural plans. Availability depends on order timing and production capacity.
