Professional black & white document printing on standard 8.5″ × 11″ paper.

Ideal for reports, manuals, medical forms, proposals, training materials, course packs, newsletters and everyday office documents, this service provides clean, consistent and economical printing. Jobs are produced in sharp black & white on quality uncoated or coated paper for excellent readability and handling.

File Submission:
PDF files are preferred for best accuracy and layout consistency. PDF preserves your fonts, spacing and page breaks so your documents print exactly as intended. If you must submit Word or other editable files, a PDF proof will be provided for approval before printing.

Page & Set Handling:
Documents may include multiple pages per set (up to 500 pages per set) and you may order any number of sets. Single or double-sided printing is available.

Paper Options:
• Bond (20 lb equivalent)
• 120m, 140m or 160m offset uncoated
• 10pt uncoated cardstock
• 10pt gloss coated cardstock

Finishing Options:
• Collated sets
• Uncollated (loose stacks by page)
• Corner staple (up to 50 pages per set; offset papers only)
• 2-left staples (up to 50 pages per set; offset papers only)
• 3-hole punching for binders
Note: cardstock cannot be stapled due to thickness.

About Collated vs Uncollated:
Collated prints are assembled into complete sets (e.g., 1–2–3, 1–2–3, 1–2–3). Uncollated prints are delivered as loose stacks by page (for example, a 5-page document with 100 uncollated copies will be delivered as 100 × Page 1, 100 × Page 2, 100 × Page 3, 100 × Page 4, 100 × Page 5), which is ideal for manual assembly, binders or distribution.

Bleed:
• No bleed available on bond paper (¼″ unprinted margins)
• Full bleed accepted on offset and coated stocks with proper print files

Turnaround Options:
• Standard: 4–5 business days
• Next-Day: files received by 10:00 AM (premium surcharge)
• Same-Day: jobs up to 5,000 printed pages with files received by 10:00 AM (premium surcharge; pickup same afternoon)
